Parking - There is a permit car park behind the practice, which can be accessed from Friary Lane - see direction links above. The permit is available for use whilst you are receiving treatment. We have a limited number of permits and require the permit to be returned immediately following treatment. Please do not ask to borrow the permit for longer. If you fail to return the permit immediately following treatment there will be a £50 charge.

Directions from Salisbury - Drive past Wilton House (on your left) and at the traffic lights turn left into South Street. The Old Orchard Surgery is 175 metres on the left behind a high wall.
Parking - Please park in the free car park adjacent to the Michael Herbert Hall and opposite the surgery. The surgery car park is for staff and blue badge holders only. Please check-in at the reception area.

Many of our patients introduce a relative or friend to our practice. Now we are saying thank you by giving you and your friend £5 off a treatment for referring a new patient to the practice. Missed Appointments or late cancellations
If you do not give us 24 hours notice (by telephone and NOT emailed) to cancel your appointment you will be charged a proportion of your full fee.
Insurance
We are covered by all the major private health insurances. BUPA, PPP, WPA, Norwich Union, HSA etc
BUPA and PPP patients need to tell the receptionist at booking, as not all our Osteopaths are registered with these providers.
To claim on your insurance please ask for a receipt of payment after your session.
