Homœopathy

Homeopathy is a natural alternative medicine safe and effective at all ages and stages of life which may be used on its own or in support of other treatments or therapies.  Homœopathy considers the whole person as an individual rather than a particular disease process or set of symptoms and may be useful in the treatment of virtually any ailment, from first aid situations, to acute illnesses such as coughs, colds, sprains and strains etc and more chronic long lasting complaints such as eczema, arthritis, hormone disturbances, depression, behavioural imbalances etc.  It may also be useful in supporting the side effects of other medicines such as heartburn, nausea etc.  Homœopathic medicines are non toxic.

Reflexology

By applying pressure to certain reflex points on the feet (or hands) the body is encouraged to work naturally to restore health and natural equilibrium.  Reflexology may be found to be beneficial in the relief of conditions such as stress, fertility, sleep disturbances, hormonal imbalances etc.
